Jess hails from Jersey, but has planted herself comfortably in a beach resort town where she has served, bartended, catered, and is now the director of operations of that same successful restaurant group that Kathy works for. With all of Jess’s experience throughout the years, it’s no surprise that she’s one of the biggest yappers on this podcast. When she’s not diligently working, she’s spending time with her husband, son, and beloved weiner - Oliver and sipping a good bourbon and slipping into a casino or two.
