Is straight outta Central PA. After serving, bartending, delivering pizza, and managing fast food most of her adult life a move to the beach changed everything. A short stint in catering was fun, but back to serving full time has proved to be where she belongs. Traveling is a hobby and making people laugh. And talking. Lots of talking - as you’ve heard.

Kathy was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. While not always a restaurant worker, she’s no stranger to serving and bartending. She currently operates the catering department of a succesful restaurant group in a beach resort town. Some of her favorite things, besides this podcast, are photographing sunsets and chillin’ with her dog and a good craft beer! Jess hails from Jersey, but has planted herself comfortably in a beach resort town where she has served, bartended, catered, and is now the director of operations of that same successful restaurant group that Kathy works for. With all of Jess’s experience throughout the years, it’s no surprise that she’s one of the biggest yappers on this podcast. When she’s not diligently working, she’s spending time with her husband, son, and beloved weiner - Oliver and sipping a good bourbon and slipping into a casino or two.
